During my quest to find the tastiest raw food bars on the planet, I came across these little wonders of delight! Everything Raw in the US have put their heads together and manifested three scrumptious bars that quite frankly, are so yummy I can't get enough of them. Introducing...

Yoga Bar - a creamy white chocolate bar with raw cacao, dates, honey and pistachios. This melted on my tongue and was crunchy and sweet. I loved the sensation of my teeth biting through the raw white cacao! Mmmmmm!

Indigo Nights (my personal favourite) - a creamy pistachio fudge that tastes like a brownie (and it really does - a dark, moist, chewy chocolate brownie!) This was pure heaven for me!

Raw Decadence - a raw chocolate bar, chewy and very desirable!

On their site, Everything Raw state that, 'Eating food in its raw natural state can help keep your energy balanced' and that 'When a healthy seed is planted in the ground, it usually grows. When you take a seed and heat it above a certain temperature and then plant it in the ground, it won't grow. So something's happening here!' 

This is food for thought indeed!

When I tried these truly tasty treats (which are all certified organic, Fair Trade, 100 per cent raw and gluten free) I felt energized and also importantly, nourished. The more raw I eat the more I find this to be the case - and when I have cooked foods, they don't seem as alive any more - which in reality, they are not!
